By accessing or using Peakflow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
Peakflow provides an AI-powered outbound sales platform with features including AI agents, campaign management, unified inbox, contact management, and workflow automation.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Peakflow for sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam), for any illegal purpose, or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Limitation of Liability
Peakflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
